Oklahoma Stockyard Beans.


1 lb ground chuck
1 large onion chopped
3 large cloves garlic (chopped)
2 chili peppers finely chopped

3/4 lb bacon cut in 1" chunks cooked til transparent

1 can Campbell's Pork & Beans
1 can Grandma Brown's Baked Beans
1 can light red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can nothern beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can butter beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can tomato paste
1 jar BBQ sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
salt and pepper to taste

Sautee chopped onion until tender, mix in ground chuck, garlic, & chilis. Brown and drain.
Mix browned meat mix with remaining ingredients in a 9x11 baking pan.
bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with your favorite BBQ recipes.

As an appetizer or snack, serve with nachos or Frito's Scoops and a dollop of sour cream.
